Chelsea youngster Trevoh Chalobah's rise to prominence this season has been a joy to watch.

"When I've been on loan and they've been here playing – they've motivated me.
"I played with them in the youth cups and we won a lot of trophies together in the youth set-up.
"They've motivated me to get to their level because that's the level I wanna be at.
"I always said I had i goal and that's to play for Chelsea."
Non all Cobham graduates get to stay at Chelsea and often other clubs snap up youngsters when the Blues are willing to sell.
